• A smaller version of Breach Cottage with even more exposed beams. The design is open plan, with tiled floor throughout.

• Consisting of a bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe. There is a curtain separating the bedroom & the living area.

• A bathroom with a shower and WC.

• An L shaped living area comprising a fully fitted kitchen with microwave and electric cooker and a dining area with a table that seats 4.

• A sitting-area with TV and video a two-seater sofa and an armchair.

• Outside there is a patio area with table and a small walled garden

A picture window allows a view of the patio and garden.
